Lashes are a girls best friend

Luckily for us woman if you weren't born with amazingly full and long lashes you can buy them! From strip falsies for a full and easy one strip to just press on and go, to individual lashes for just a little extra fullness and length, or you can even get lash extensions which stay on during showers, exercise, sleep and mostly everything in between. Ever see a celebrity and think " OMG, I love her lashes! I'm going to buy those for myself." You then buy them and try them on and they don't look the same? You worry whether or not you applied them correctly or you bought the wrong kind? No need to worry they may just not be the right for your eye shape. I'm here to help you find the perfect pair for your eye shape!

Deep Set Eyes
Your eye is set back in the socket with a very minimal lid. Lashes with a lot of length especially toward the middle of the lash with help bring the eye forward and out.

Close Set Eyes

The space between your two eyes is smaller than the width of one eye ball.
Basically your eyes are closer to your nose. Lashes that feather outward and are longer in the conner help to bring your eyes apart.

Wide Set Eyes

Wide set eyes are more than one eyeball width apart. They are farther apart and closer to the end of your face. Lashes that are fuller and longer in the middle will help bring them closer inward and closer together. The dramatic eye lash will help the eye pop and and even out the proportion.

Round Eyes

Lashes that are long and fan upwards are best for this eye shape. Make sure the lashes are thin and not to thick or bulky because they can be too heavy for your eyes and make then look smaller. You only want to accent the beautiful shape.

Almond Shaped Eyes

The most common eye shape is the almond eye shape. Most falsies look great on this eye shape. I prefer voluminous lashes that fan outwards or lashes that are longer at the ends for sexy cat eye look.

Hooded Eyes

Hooded Eyes are eyes that have a fold of skin that droops over the the crease so that the lid appears smaller. Some are born with the eye type but sometimes it comes with the joys of getting older (oh great). Lashes that are very long in length particularly in the middle can help open up the eye.

Monolid Eyes
Monolids don't have much of a crease and sometimes don't have any at all. They are flat on the surface. This is common in Asian genetics. Monolid eyes are very versatile and fun to experiment with. The fanned out look is great for this eye shape as well as a fuller falsie.
